Wow! What a month The Mystery Shop had! The Mystery Shop owner, Mary Heitert, was honored to work the following shows in the month of May:
May 5: Paul Revere’s Missing Horse for a school group at Trails Entertainment in Joliet with Janel Palm, Carolyn Larsen, and Irene Currie
May 6: CSI: Kids (Grades 3-6 version) for Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois in Country Club Hills with Valerie Gugala.
May 10: Paul Revere’s Missing Horse for Marengo Middle School with Terra Cipra, Carolyn Larsen and Irene Currie.
May 12: Death in Prime Time for an Event Planner in Bloomington (travel show!) for a client appreciation night. The cast was Kristi Alsip, Larry Gorman, Terra Cipra, Irene Currie, and Tyler Rankin.
May 13: Paul Revere’s Missing Horse for a Girl Scout Service Unit in Huntley with Emily Finnelly, Carolyn Larsen and Janel Palm.
May 20: Paul Revere’s Missing Horse for Bristol Bay School in Yorkville with Irene Currie, Kristi Alsip and Janel Palm.
May 20: Hollywood Homicide Prime Suspect Mystery Game for Glendale Heights Senior Center with Mike Speller.
May 21: Hollywood Homicide Prime Suspect Mystery Game for a private party in North Aurora with Larry Gorman.
In addition, Mary represented The Mystery Shop on May 6 at the Reaching Forward conference for librarians and support staff in Rosemont, as well as an After Hours networking event in Bartlett on May 19. She also toured a 911 Dispatch Facility in Franklin Park (www.norcomm911@com).
June promises to be exciting as well. Mary Heitert will be working the Sisters in Crime (http://www.sistersincrime.org/) booth at this year’s Printer’s Row Literary Fest (http://printersrowlitfest.org/) on June 11 and 12 in Chicago.
